We wish to form a strong body of interested professional organizations to identify and solve common problems in the field of property management and participate in joint activities for the ultimate benefit of all property management associations.
Some of our long term goals consist of an increase/improvement on educational programs with strong emphasis on manager specialist designations, strenthen our organization by the addition of new active members, provide varied educational programs for current member retention, strengthen community involvement with elected officials and increase member participation in our programming and comittee work.
If you have anything to do with managing buildings or working with or on buildings as a service company, contractor or supplier in the Delmarva area, you should consider membership with the DCMA. There are three types of memberships; Community Associations, Community Management Companies, and Business/Associate Memberships. Community Associations have the ability to include Community Managers and Board Members from their specific community at all events with voting rights and pay annual dues of $75.00. Management Companies have the ability to include all Staff Members and Board Members at all events with voting rights and pay annual dues of $150.00. Associate Members have the ability to network with Community Managers and other business members, have voting rights and pay annual dues of $200.00. The Board of Directors is made up of individuals from each type of membership. All new members are required to pay a onetime initiation fee of $100 plus their annual dues.
The 3rd Annual DCMA Benefit Golf outing will be held on April 16, 2025 at the Ocean Pines Golf Club.
