
Michele has over 20 years of experience in most facets of the community and property management field and has been the General Manager of The Gateway Grand, a luxury high rise condominium in Ocean City, MD since 2019. Michele holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations as well as the most prestigious in the industry, the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation. She initially was elected onto the DCMA board in 2023 where she served her first year as Secretary and has since held the President role. Michele has played an important role on the committee for the annual charity golf outings since its inception. In addition to her role on the Board of the DCMA, Michele elected as a Board Member of the Chesapeake Chapter Region of CAI after 4 years of service across the Delmarva and Membership and Engagement Committees in December 2025. Her goals among both organizations remain increasing education for community association leaders, networking and outreach efforts in the community and our industry while continuing to advocate for the Eastern Shore.
Michele earned the Legum & Norman Manager of the Year award in a very difficult to navigate time in 2020 as well as the CCRCAI Beacon of Light Award in 2025.

Igor Conev, VP for Mann Properties, started as a parking lot attendant about 20 years ago for Buck Mann and worked his way up the ladder. Since then, Igor has guided the growth of Mann Properties from a small management firm to one of the largest in our area. Igor has found a place among the Top 3% in his field by obtaining the Professional Community Association Manager designation. He is actively involved with community organizations and fundraisers but the dearest one to his heart is the Believe in Tomorrow Foundation. As the co-chairman of their Annual Spring Golf Tournament he has raised over $800K in the past 10 years. Due to his knowledge & experience in the various fields he also helped the Children’s House successfully negotiate an insurance claim as well as roof & siding replacements projects.
Igor also serves on OCDC Board of Directors and 6 of its committees including the Executive Committee. He’s been on the fundraising golf committee since he joined the Board and while he was the chairman in 2010 & 2011 raised the most money which go towards free to the public special events, public art, roof replacement grants etc. Igor also served as a panelist on Educations Seminars on Fannie Mae guidelines for condominium financing; was on the Ocean City’s task force for Storm Water Management; was a guest speaker to the Advisory Council for condominium insurance programs to one of the largest insurance companies; Professionally he’s a member of Delmarva Condominium Managers Association (DCMA) & Community Association Institute (CAI).

Stefanie is currently serving her fourth year on the Board of Directors for the DCMA, where she provides strategic oversight, secretarial administrative duties, and digital branding leadership. Professionally, she serves as an Executive Assistant at Delaware Elevator, leveraging high-level administrative expertise to support corporate operations and foster local community relationships.
Before her taking her current position at Delaware Elevator she built a robust background in the hospitality and real estate sectors. As a licensed real estate agent with a premier Ocean City vacation rental firm, she specialized in comprehensive property management and the complex coordination of large-scale maintenance projects.
In her capacity with the DCMA, Stefanie dedicates her time coordinating community fundraising efforts acts as the organizations digital strategist, responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and management of the organization’s website and multi-channel social media presence.

Pat has been the Property Manager of the Rainbow for over 25 years. Prior to entering this line of work, she was the owner of Delmarva Mailing and Secretarial Services and was a subcontractor for the Ed Smith Real Estate School. Pat continues her education by being a member of Ocean City's CERT Team, CPR, AED and First Aid trained, takes finance, accounting and business classes and has also attended many of the CAI courses offered. She has served many years on the DCMA Board, first as Parliamentarian before taking on the role as Treasurer.

Lee specializes in the audit and tax issues of condominium, homeowners and timeshare associations and has worked significantly in this industry for 15 plus years. He is a graduate of Carson-Newman College, Certified Public Accountant, Certified Valuation Analyst, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants, and National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts. PKS & Company , P.A. has worked in this industry for over thirty years and currently provides service to over 350 associations.
Stephan is the Regional Director for FirstService Residential communities in the Maryland and Delaware beach areas. Stephan has over 25 years of combined hospitality and community management experience, having spent many years with Hilton and Marriott branded properties.

Jordan serves as the Business Development Manager for Critical Peake Electrical Services and Blue Whale EV, delivering comprehensive electrical and electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions across Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., with a primary focus on the Eastern Shore.
With six years of specialized experience in the electrical and EV industries, Jordan brings deep expertise in commercial and residential electrical contracting, as well as advanced EV infrastructure deployment.
A dedicated member of the DCMA for five years and a Board member for the past three, Jordan is widely recognized for his strong advocacy, strategic networking, and active community engagement.
He is a co-founder of the DCMA Annual Benefit Golf Tournament and continues to play a pivotal role on the Board, leveraging his industry knowledge to drive the association's growth, enhance educational initiatives, and align efforts with DCMA's core objectives.
Jordan's passion for fostering collaboration, promoting sustainable practices in the Electrical & EV sector, and supporting regional development makes him a valuable leader in both his professional roles and association service.

Seth is the General Manager of Sea Watch Condominium in Ocean City. Though a Maryland native, he lived in Virginia for 25 years before moving back to Maryland and settling into Ocean City in March 2025. He has worked in the public and private sectors, managed state and local political campaigns and has been a locally elected public official. Seth is also the award-winning science fiction author of the epic space opera, Zendra of the Periphery, which can be found on Amazon. Starting in October 2026 Seth will be the President of the Greater Ocean Pines-Ocean City Kiwanis Club. Seth is a Gauguin contributor to the Art League of Ocean City. He has a B.A. in International Studies from Towson University.

Russell has been Manager of English Towers Condo since 2014. Prior to he was a service technician for Hobart Corporation where he was General Manager, running two offices in Virginia & Washington DC till he retired and moved full time to Ocean City. Russell is also a member of the Ocean City CERT Team. By being a member of Ocean City's CERT Team & a Coast Guard Captain he maintains he certification for CPR, AED and First Aid. He is a member of CAI and attends many CAI courses. Russell and his wife are sponsors of the Freeman Arts Pavilion in Selbyville and attend many shows for relaxation during the summer months besides boating, fishing and riding his Motorcycle.
