Michele has 20 years of experience in all facets of the property management field and has been the General Manager of The Gateway Grand, a luxury high rise condominium in Ocean City, MD for the last 4 years. Michele holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations and is actively pursuing her Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation. She also serves as a member of the Chesapeake Region Chapter of CAI Delmarva Committee since January 2022 as education and networking stay top priorities.

Igor Conev, now a VP for Mann Properties, started as a parking lot attendant about 20 years ago for Buck Mann and worked his way up the ladder. Since then, Igor has guided the growth of Mann Properties from a small management firm to one of the largest in our area. Because of him Mann Properties is on the national playing field with less than 200 companies in the country that can claim the Accredited Association Management Company designation. Igor has found a place among the Top 3% in his field by obtaining the Professional Community Association Manager designation. This success has been as a result of his pursuit of education and training in the community management industry, his commitment to the customer’s best interest, and his high standard of integrity. Igor has been involved in few organizations and fundraisers but the dearest one to his heart is the Believe in Tomorrow. He is the co-chairman of the Spring Golf Tournament and has raised over $800K in the past 10 years. Due to his knowledge & experience in the various fields he also helped the Children’s House successfully negotiate an insurance claim as well as roof & siding replacements projects.

Igor also serves on OCDC Board of Directors and 6 of its committees including the Executive Committee. He’s been on the fundraising golf committee since he joined the Board and while he was the chairman in 2010 & 2011 raised the most money which go towards free to the public special events, public art, roof replacement grants etc. Igor also served as a panelist on Educations Seminars on Fannie Mae guidelines for condominium financing; was on the Ocean City’s task force for Storm Water Management; was a guest speaker to the Advisory Council for condominium insurance programs to one of the largest insurance companies; Igor is also a Member of the Delmarva Irish American Club (DIAC) and its St. Patrick’s Day Parade Committee which raises money for scholarships. Professionally he’s a member of Delmarva Condominium Managers Association (DCMA) & Community Association Institute (CAI).

 Stefanie has begun her second year on the DCMA  BOD, and is currently employed at Delaware Elevator. 

Prior to her current position she was a licensed real estate agent w/ a leading OC vacation rental company where she performed vacation rental management and property maintenance coordination.

She designs and manages the DCMA website and all social media platforms.

Kelly has worked in property management for more than 20 years, working in various divisions of community management, including pool maintenance, landscape, maintenance and bookkeeping.  Kelly has been a Community Manager on the Eastern Shore for 13+ years.  Kelly is the manager of the Sunset Island community located in Ocean City, MD.  Kelly  has served as a Board Member on the DCMA for 6 years and enjoys working to educate others in the industry and working with local and State officials on behalf of Condo and Homeowners Association.

Pat has been the Property Manager of the Rainbow for over 21 years.  Prior to entering this line of work, she was the owner of Delmarva Mailing and Secretarial Services and was a subcontractor for the Ed Smith Real Estate School.  Pat continues her education by being a member of Ocean City's CERT Team, CPR, AED and First Aid trained, takes finance, accounting and business classes and has also attended many of the CAI courses offered.  She has served many years on the DCMA Board, first as Parliamentarian before taking on the role as Treasurer.

  Russell has been the Manager at the English Towers Condo since 2014. Prior to entering this field Russ was a service technician for Hobart Corporation back from 1976 and for the next 25 Years with Them he moved up in the Corporate Ladder  till he was General Manager running two offices in Virginia & Washington DC till he retired and moved full time to Ocean City, While living here in Ocean City he has run he own service company working on Condo’s in the area and during the summer months he ran a parasail boat and did charter fishing since he had his U.S. Coast Guard Captains license also. Russell is also a member of the Ocean City’s CERT Team, by being a member of Ocean City's CERT Team & a Coast Guard Captain he maintains he certification for CPR, AED and First Aid. Russell is a member of CAI and has also attended many of the CAI courses. Russell and his wife are also sponsors at Freeman Arts Pavilion in Selbyville and attend many shows for relaxation during the summer months besides boating, fishing and riding his Motorcycle.

Lee specializes in the audit and tax issues of condominium, homeowners and timeshare associations and has worked significantly in this industry for 15 plus years. He is a graduate of Carson-Newman College, Certified Public Accountant, Certified Valuation Analyst, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants, and National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts.  Jordan is Branch Manager and Business Development Director at Hawkins Electric Service, Inc.  in West Ocean City, MD.  He brings four years of experience with Hawkins Electric Service, Inc,. Four years ago he started the local branch with the CEO of a family owned and operated Maryland based electrical business established in 1918. 

With three years at DCMA, Jordan is known for advocacy, networking, and community engagement. Jordan's commitment to community engagement and strategic planning aligns well with DCMA's objectives. He is co-founder of DCMA Annual Benefit Golf Tournament, and he aims to leverage his expertise to enhance the association's growth and education initiatives as a Board member.
